Brand Sheet Status Lifecycle
Your brand sheet progresses through three status levels. Each status controls visibility and access.
Draft
Initial state when your brand is first created. Only visible to your affiliate manager in the admin dashboard. Use this stage to populate data, upload assets, and prepare your brand sheet before making it visible to affiliates.
Active
Brand data is complete and visible to affiliates browsing the directory. Appears in search results and can be filtered. Ideal for brands that are ready for affiliate promotion but haven't yet been publicly launched on the demo site.
Published
Fully public. Brand sheet is visible at brandbing.com/casinos/[slug] and indexed by search engines.
This is the highest visibility level — your brand appears on the public demo site alongside affiliate directory access.
Your affiliate manager controls status transitions from the admin dashboard. You can move between statuses at any time.
