1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Brandbing ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
Brandbing is a brand data platform designed for iGaming affiliates, operators, and industry professionals. The Platform provides casino brand data, operator-verified information, and related tools and services.
2. Data Accuracy and Use
Important: While we strive for accuracy, brand data is provided "as is" and should be independently verified before making commercial decisions.
Data Sources: Brand data on Brandbing is sourced from multiple channels including operator submissions, affiliate manager updates, AI-assisted extraction, and public information. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee completeness or real-time accuracy of all data points.
Operator-Verified Data: Brand sheets marked as "verified" indicate that an affiliate manager or operator representative has claimed and updated that brand. Verification status indicates data ownership but does not guarantee absolute accuracy.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for independently verifying any data before using it for commercial purposes, content creation, or affiliate marketing. Brandbing is a research tool, not a substitute for due diligence.
No Financial Advice: Information on this Platform does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. Decisions regarding affiliate partnerships, promotional strategies, or business operations are your sole responsibility.
3. User Accounts and Access
Public Access: Brand sheets, directory listings, and API endpoints are publicly accessible without registration. This data may be used for research, content creation, and affiliate site integration subject to these terms.
Operator Accounts: Casino operators and affiliate managers may claim their brands and receive dashboard access. Account holders must provide accurate contact information and are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.
Affiliate Accounts (Future): When affiliate network features launch, registered affiliates will have access to deals, tracking links, and earnings dashboards. Account approval is at Brandbing's discretion based on traffic quality and compliance with program terms.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse Platform features.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data in violation of fair use policies or API rate limits
- • Submit false or misleading brand data, reviews, or forum content
- • Impersonate other users, operators, or Brandbing staff
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to user accounts or Platform infrastructure
- • Use the Platform for spam, phishing, or distribution of malware
- • Violate any applicable gambling regulations, affiliate program terms, or licensing requirements
API Fair Use: The public API is provided without authentication for reasonable research and integration use. Excessive request volumes, bulk downloading, or commercial resale of data may result in rate limiting or IP blocking. For high-volume use cases, contact us to discuss commercial API access.
5. Intellectual Property
Platform Ownership: Brandbing's software, design, branding, and infrastructure are owned by Brandbing and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without permission.
Brand Data: Casino logos, brand names, and marketing materials belong to their respective owners. Operators retain ownership of their submitted data. Brandbing aggregates and displays this data but does not claim ownership.
User Content: By submitting content to the Platform (forum posts, reviews, comments), you grant Brandbing a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use that content in connection with operating the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.
6. Affiliate Network Terms (When Active)
The following terms will apply when affiliate network features launch. Currently, brand data is public and no affiliate deals are active.
Deal Participation: Affiliates who activate deals through Brandbing agree to promote brands honestly and in compliance with operator terms, advertising regulations, and responsible gambling standards.
No Guaranteed Earnings: Affiliate commissions are performance-based. Brandbing makes no guarantees regarding traffic, conversions, or earnings. Payment is contingent on valid player activity tracked through Everflow.
Fraud Prevention: Traffic suspected of fraud, bonus abuse, or click manipulation will be investigated. Invalid conversions may be reversed, and affiliate accounts engaging in fraud will be terminated.
Payout Terms: Commission structures, payment schedules, and payout thresholds are defined per deal. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate tax information and complying with local revenue reporting requirements.
7. Responsible Gambling Notice
Brandbing operates in the iGaming industry. All users — operators, affiliates, and players — are expected to promote and practice responsible gambling.
Affiliates: When promoting casino brands, include responsible gambling messaging, age verification notices, and links to problem gambling support resources (e.g., GamCare, BeGambleAware, Gambling Therapy).
Operators: Brand data submitted to Brandbing should accurately reflect responsible gambling tools offered (self-exclusion, deposit limits, reality checks) and comply with licensing requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
Service Availability: Brandbing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or data availability.
No Liability for Losses: Brandbing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to lost revenue, missed business opportunities, data inaccuracies, or service downtime.
Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for operator actions, affiliate conduct, payment disputes, or issues arising from deals brokered through the Platform. Disputes should be resolved directly between parties.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Brandbing from claims arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
9. Changes to These Terms
Brandbing may update these Terms of Service as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or posted prominently on the website.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitute acceptance of revised terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, discontinue use of the Platform.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
